Same exchange rate for cost and current value for overseas counter?

Hi, I just realized that the same US exchange rate is used for both cost and current value of my portfolio. Is it meant to be that way?

Hi,

Yes, it is the case for now. Note that in closed positions, the P&L and Divs are locked into the past exchange rates though.
