Strange Adiv%

Can you please tell me why for 3 of my counters, the A Div% is so high.

  1. Ascendas Reit: 34.3%
  2. Valuetronics: 14%
  3. Frasers L&C: 63.3%

ADiv % => Annualized Dividends % = (1 + “Dividends %”) ^ (365 / “Average Holding Days”) – 1

I suppose you have only hold those stock for a short while before dividends were given?
