watchlist don’t show current shares i have on hand?
is it by design or there’s some switches i have to toggle?

nope, on the desktop version. i actually just have 2 watchlists, 1 for non-reits and 1 for reits. the non-reits watchlist appears to be ok, i have X shares for Share A and it will show X shares under that column.
however, for the reits watchlist, i have Y shares for Share B but it still shows 0 shares. some were recent (weeks) transactions, some where from long ago.
