Yes, this area is more visible and also allows for non-friends to report bugs.
Both is fine but I would say this is preferred if it is general bugs that affects everyone.
Whenever I tried adding cash balance, the transaction will be reflected in my account, however I will get this error on my screen.

I can’t access my “Dividends” page in the app since yesterday but the pages such as “Overall”, “Current” and “Transactions” are ok. Is there a bug? Thanks.
