Is it possible to access stock data (current, year-by-year, etc.) using an API for StocksCafe, from a Python script?

No. That would not be possible due to licensing reasons.

any way to get the value of our portfolios via an URL? Eg i would like to populate an excel with the value of each portfolio.

Nope. We on longer support API access. We are looking into enabling export of portfolio though.
