Hi Evan,
I have identified an issue where my Average Cost of my holdings is not reflected correctly in StocksCafe. After some testing, I narrowed it down to a portfolio that contains only SSBs.
When this portfolio is included in the visible portfolio list, the total value across all my portfolios drops significantly. See screenshots below:

Using the debug tool, I noticed that the XIRR for this SSB-only portfolio is calculated as “NA”. This appears to coincide with the incorrect aggregation and may be the root cause of the issue. See below screenshots:
P.S.: I have triggered a manual update of the report and cleared the dividends cache but neither have helped.
Could you take a look and advise whether there is a fix for this behaviour?
Thank you.
Hi Evan.
Just to check if there is any fix on this. Not sure why there is a “negative cost” associated with my SSB portfolio.

Note the value has gone up after a few days bur still way off from the actual value.

Hi there,
I took a look. I cannot see the reduction of value that you are seeing. Can you tell me what is the combination of portfolios you used?
We can make this private if you prefer to have more privacy on your portfolio.
Although I can see that one of the portfolio with SSBs alone seems to have weird report data. Let me check it more.
Cheers,
Evan
Hi Evan,
Thanks. Private conversation will be ideal. I was playing around and moving transactions across portfolios last night to try to resolve the issue but it seemed to have caused the SSB portfolio to go haywire. Is it possible to trigger a manual re-computation of the entire portfolio first to see if it can be resolved?
Hi Evan, I managed to find a way to recompute the portfolio from scratch. Think all should be fine now.
Ah… I spoke too soon. It is back to the original state described in my opening two posts. You can have a look to see what I mean. When the SSB portfolio is included, the overall average cost does not add up.
Things are back to normal today! I’m not sure if there was any intervention or if it just worked out on its own. Thanks again for your help!
