I have not been able to add transactions for the past 12 hours. The field that I typed the name of the counter i sold just does not seem to work. It is supposed to come up with the name of the counter once i key in the ticker code like how it has always been in the past till this morning. Instead now nothing happens even when i type in the name of any counters. Pls check. The platform seems to be having some issues recently.
Are you using Desktop or Mobile?
I just checked and it seems to be working for me.
Its working now. But wasnt since 6 am till abt late pm when i then posted this issue here. It was on desktop all along. Cheers
I see. Yes, had some slowness issues this week due to higher traffic. I have spin up a new server which should help.
