The retail bond will appear as SGX:SQ1B soon.

What r your thoughts on the bond? I feel the return is low, but as I start to create a cash hoard, I feel like using it as a semi cash buffer. I feel 5k would be a decent start point, as I am targetting a warchest of 30k, and I doubt see a bargain season anytime soon.
