Pursuant to the share consolidation proposal of Infinity Development Holdings Company Limited
(“the Company”), every 2 existing shares of HK$0.01 each (“Existing Share”) will be consolidate
into 1 consolidated share of HK$0.02 (“Consolidated Share”). Upon the Share Consolidation
becoming effective, the board lot size for trading will be changed from 4,000 Existing Shares to
2,000 Consolidated Shares.
From 22 October 2025 until 3 December 2025, Existing Share certificates (yellow in colour)
will be accepted for deposit under stock code: 2955 (Temp). Effective from 4 December
2025, Existing Share certificates will only be accepted for deposit for custody purpose
under stock code: 640 (New).
