Custom Assets - dividend

Hi Evan,

I added a dividend to my custom asset. It appeared in the dividend tab as well as in the portfolio table. But somehow, my cash balance still did not show the dividend added as cash. I’d tried to resync the cash balance but didn’t work. Is there some settings I need to enable?

Would you like to tell me the name of the Custom Assets?

I took a quick look at your account and I do see there are dividends from Custom Assets in your Cash Transactions (so I assume you kinda know how it works)

I see it. Maybe it was just lag in system.

sorry it has happened again.

And I tried to resync the cash balance many times to no avail. Not sure why.

Just to be sure. What you mean that they do not tally?

Did you mean that the 2 Oct dividends is missing?

The dividend is shown. But the cash transaction for the dividend is missing.

Thank you for waiting. It is fixed. Realized that I did not sync for Custom Assets :frowning:
