Div per share for many counters is showing as zero

Hi Evan,

While running any query involving Div/Share, the dividend is shown as zero for many counters.

Please check.

Hi there,

I suppose you mean the “Dividend Per Share” in screener? I just tried it for SG and US and seems like it is working reasonably fine to me? Can you tell me more the issue you are facing or maybe some screenshots?

  1. US → 13343 / 47733 stocks have “Dividend Per Share” > 0

  2. SG → 205 / 1363 stocks have “Dividend Per Share” > 0

I am attaching a screenshot … some of the counters like Singtel, Starhub etc. are showing as zero dividend. It could possibly mean that no dividend has been paid by those counters in current FY and that is why they are zero. In that case, is there a parameter which shows the “expected dividend” that the stock is likely to pay based on past performance?

Hi Chak,

I see. Hmmm… I should actually change it to last TTM dividends per share instead. You are right. Will flag this as a bug and work on it soon.

Done. I fixed it. Please verify. It is now using Dividend Per Share TTM.
