Dividend amount not capturing in portfolio cash portion after payment date

Dividend payout is not being captured in portfolio cash portion after payment take since 15/9.

Can you assist to take a look ?

Hi Alex,

Sometimes, if it fails, you can try using the “Sync Cash Balance Dividend” on the cash balance page to retry.

It can fail for various reasons. e.g. cron job failed. Or the dividend or paydate after added after the actual paydate.

Btw, I have ran “Sync Cash Balance Dividend” for you for last 7 days. It should show up now.
