In the App under the Dividend Tab in the first section “Due” I used under a given year to have a “+” sign that enabled me to expand and see all those dividends. But since a while the “+” sign is gone!

Yes, it was recently removed as part of optimizing the load time of App as that was actually taking up bulk of the load time previously.
Anyway, you are not the first to request for its return
