Can please adjust the following
KREF on USX all projected dividends should be 0.10 instead of 0.25 after company announced results yesterday
CICT C38U dividend projected for June 2026 should be reduced to 0.0299 due to equity raising and advanced dividend declared on 27 April.

For CICT just need to adjust projected dividend ex date 12 August 2026 from 0.0697 to 0.0299 to account for advanced dividend ex date 27 April 2026.
