It is because it is based on dividends with ExDate in year 2024 where their PayDate is over. If their PayDates are not here yet, then they would be considered as upcoming.

the dividends were already paid but not reflected so far.
Those dividends that you are referring to did not have ExDate in 2024 as it is only considering dividends with ExDate in 2024.
p/s: I also mentioned that due to this discussion, I made it such that you can switch it to be based on ExDate or PayDate
