Double counting dividends


There is recurring bug for stock for which dividend dates in previous years are different from current year. The impact is that there is double counting.

Example is Prime US REIT which this year has a dividend in July and last year in August and both those are shown for 2021 hence double counting. The yield is therefore more than 10% when it should be much lower.
