Taking KIO as an example we can see that Jan/Feb/Mar 2025 dividends have been announced. Yet in projection there are also dividends showing for the same month resulting in double counting on that period. Not sure can be avoided since dates don’t match but just escalating this to you.

Yes but this is a monthly paying dividend and the projected assume same ex date as past ones. Most of the time ex date will differ from previous years so projected dividend can be double counted until ex date is passed.
In this case it looks like in 2025 for January,February and March the stock will pay two dividends per month. Should be only one.
Eventually all will be ok once ex dates are reached. So projection is always a bit wrong for a while.
Ya. Projection uses a very simple assumption. That is, ExDate will be same and amount will be same as previous year. So, I do expect it to be imperfect/wrong

Still the March dividend for 2025 has been announced and both Ex Date and Pay Date are same as projected. Should not this one be gone?

ps: Reason is becasue I made a mistake of not including dividends from next year in the exclusion
