Can’t seem to see the past dividends for Eagle Htrust nor projected. Where are bloggers getting their ‘7.8%’ figures from?
Eagle HTrust has not paid out any dividends yet. They were intending to payout sometime in early 2020. The initial estimation of 7.8% was based on IPO price, obtained from prospectus. Now it is wayyyyyyy higher due to massive fallout. DYODD before loading up.
