Email updates not working

I enabled email updates a few days ago but have not received a single one.
I thought it was because I had no subscription so I paid for global friends last night and yet still nothing. And yes, checked spam/junk.
Using gmail so shouldn’t be a problem.

Thank you for reaching out.

  1. Yes, it is initially because you are not paid subscriber. We only send email updates to free users for first 180 days since signing up and I see your account is older than that.

  2. I checked and your settings since fine. However, it could be because of Good Friday? StocksCafe sends email update after end of trading day, in your case US. So, I believe you should receive it on Tuesday around noon (after end of US trading and give us time for upstream to update their data then send out email updates)
