Hi Evan,

Could you kindly consider adding a chart and table to show dividends or projected dividends in current year or next 12 months? I am hoping this will make it easier for me to track/plan montly passive income.

Hi Weestock,

Thank you for the suggestion. That page shows separate line items for each stock’s dividends. I need to manually add up a few rows to get the total for each month.

I am hoping for a chart maybe something like this where I can see at a glance my monthly passive income.

Hi Evan,

Thank you for considering the suggestion.

Currently Dividends > Due/Paid > Summary page already has a chart that shows the total dividends by year that looks like this.

Perhaps if we can have a dropdown to view by month. And if we can also have this for the Projected page would be great.

I also like it that you allowed us to select multiple years. This is very useful for me as I can easily compare how my dividend income has changed over the years.

Hi @evankoh,

One suggestion is that for the current year where there is projected dividend, maybe it would better to stack the announced dividend and projected dividend under one bar instead of splitting into two. When it is stacked, it can be differentiated by two colors which is currently implemented but they are place side by side.

That page is meant for collected dividends. To include projected dividends might be confusing?

Hi @evankoh,

Since we are talking about dividend, would you think is is possible to show the dividend based on company. For example, company A, Dividend collected in 2023 vs 2024. This would be a useful to track whether dividend collected increase, decrease or maintain on YOY comparison.

Table will show the summary for the whole portfolio.

Above assumes you have DBS and it will show you the collected amount over the years.

For each individual stock, I know that this is support. What I am referring is a summaries for the portfolio point of view. Table may look like this

Company 2023 2024 %change
DBS XX YY ZZ
UOB XX YY ZZ
OCBC XX YY ZZ

This is just an suggestion, then you have a snapshot view.

Oh I see. Hmm… Need to think how to present such tables because each stock might be purchased multiple times with different starting period so, it is not so apple to apple especially if you are talking about relative to portfolio. A simpler one is relative to the stock itself without caring about when we buy/sell each stock.

It does not matter whether the stock is purchase multiple no of time, just need to grab the total dividend for the whole year (2023/2024) which this data is already in the individual stock.

Maybe you misunderstood me, I am not referring to relative to portfolio but rather relative to the stocks itself. It is just a summary table of all the stocks that you have which shows the dividend collected for each stock in Year 2023 vs Year 2024. Then users don’t have to click on individual stock to check and tabulate.
