How to find out dividend for ETF Acc?

Hello, I have invested on the LSE in Vanguard ETFs Acc such as VUAA. Please let me know how to find out the dividends that have supposedly been reinvested as they do not appear in Portfolio / Dividends. Thanks in advance

Yes, I checked VUAA and it seems like they do not have dividends in StocksCafe → https://stocks.cafe/stock/dividend/VUAA/vanguard+s%26p+500+ucits+acc?type=xdetails&exchange=XLON

I also check Yahoo Finance and seems like they do not pay dividends? → Vanguard S&P 500 UCITS ETF (VUAA.L) Stock Historical Prices & Data - Yahoo Finance

Can you show me some websites that states that these pays dividends? Thanks!

Hello,

As VUAA is an accumulating ETF dividends are automatically reinvested into the fund. Please refer to https://thefipharmacist.com/accumulating-vs-distributing-etfs/.

The returns are the same whether the ETF is accumulating or distributing however I wanted to find out how much was reinvested into the fund. Perhaps you can create a way in stockscafe to display for the accumulating ETF the dividend amount for the equivalent distributing ETF. In this case VUSD is the equivalent to VUAA.

Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

That seems to mean that the “dividends” are reflected in the price of the ETFs.

This is the same case with stocks. Some give dividends and some retain the earnings to invest in the business and hopefully leading to higher stock price.

This is interesting in idea but might not be so easy to maintain and display in a way that does not confuse users.

In your specific case, I guess you already have your solution.

Cheers,
Evan
