Hi Evan,
I sold SIA R (LRDR) 9000 shares @0.69 on 18/05/20. I got back cash $6180.23.
I added into new transaction but did not get the correct amount shown.

I sold SIA R (LRDR) 9000 shares @0.69 on 18/05/20. I got back cash $6180.23.

0.69 x 9000 = 6210
6210 - 6180.23 = 29.77
This means that you have been charged 29.77 in fees. All you need to do is enter 0.69 as unit price for 9000 shares and fees of 29.77.

That should work.

You only created sell transaction. In this case, you would also need to create buy transaction stating that you collected them for “free”
