Hi,

Hi,

Okay. Done. Created this event → https://stocks.cafe/events/details?suggestion_id=95156
Help me check if it is okay. I decided to make it 0 cost because most users prefer that.
Thanks Evan.
Is it only me, but a dividend for 9CI is missing. Pay date is 13/5. 0.12/share. It is a standard dividend paid annually. Same amt as last year. I believe ex-date is 2/5.
I do see it there though. Maybe you log out or use incognito and try? If can see means you have “deleted”/overridden it → https://stocks.cafe/stock/dividend/9CI/capitalandinvest?type=xdetails&exchange=XSES
Hi @evankoh,
It only shows the 0.12 dividend. Is this correct? The dividend in specie is not indicated on the table.
For that, it is handled in the event → https://stocks.cafe/events/details?suggestion_id=95156
Hi @evankoh,
I have accepted the event. The C38U is created in the portfolio. Does the event supposed to show in the dividend detail of 9CI?
No. The event is not supposed to show in dividend detail. At least it is not designed to.
Hi @evankoh,
I see. For discussion purpose: Technically, CLI should have distribution per Share is S$0.065261700 based on the closing market price of S$2.10 per CICT Unit on 9 May 2025 which can be consider as a special dividend.
User can add this as a special dividend and assign $2.10 to CICT so that this special dividend is part of the return of CLI
Yes, actually, I do agree. However, this is confusing for many users.
When I did something similar for DBS → https://blog.stocks.cafe/1944/dbs-bonus-shares/
Users actually complain and prefer to treat it as free and tried to override it to be free. Hence I did not want to create confusion and many users just like it to be free.
For more advanced users like yourself, I recommend using the dividend override feature to “create” this dividend for yourself.
Hi Evan, I do not see any dividend (historical an future) anymore for 9A4U - ESR-REIT
Hi there,
Yes, the historical dividends are here → https://stocks.cafe/stock/dividend/J91U/esr-reit?type=xdetails&exchange=XSES
It is not port over to the new ticker to prevent confusion.
Cheers,
Evan
