Good day. This stock has recently faced setbacks, and its price has dropped significantly as a result. This prompted me to take a closer look at the stock. On your website—specifically the Portfolio Summary—the total dividend amount shown for Multi-Chem is incorrect (it is much lower than it should be). Upon closer inspection, I realized that the figures are also incorrect for other stocks: UMS, PropNex, and BRC Asia. Is there an explanation for this that I am overlooking?

Hi Johnnie,

There can be two reasons.

  1. More likely - We split dividends into current and closed dividends. If a position is partially closed, then part of the dividends that are attributed to the closed position is moved under closed dividends. This is to more accurately how much dividends the current position received. Do take a look at the combination of open dividends and closed dividends to see if the combination is closer.

  2. Of course, there is also the possibilty that we are missing dividends of Multi-Chem which would be obvious if we look at this page → https://stocks.cafe/stock/dividend/AWZ/multi-chem?type=xdetails&exchange=XSES
