Page loading took a long time to load

For the past weeks, the page loading of stockscafe took very long. User have to wait a minute plus for each page to be loaded. Error 524 (timeout occurred)

The following are some examples:

StocksCafe
ComfortDelGro Stock Summary (SGX:C52) - StocksCafe → If you choose the user tab
SIA Stock Summary (SGX:C6L) - StocksCafe → If you choose the user tab

For Item 2 and Item 3, it does not matter whether the number of transactions for the stocks affect the loading time

For the first one, usually, it is the first load after EOD data.

For point 2 and 3, yes, it is quite slow. Let me check what is the cause.

I am looking at the logs. It seems fine to me.

Which page are you having issues with?

Also, I see you have over 3000 transactions. Think it is higher than usual. I might need to find ways to do more aggressive caching so that it is fine especially during peak hours (7-10pm).

Thanks. I made a few changes. Hopefully better in the next few days.

Three more ways to make it faster going forward.

Even more caching but this needs to have a balance between outdated data and speed
Spin up more servers but this is more costly and apart from peak hours, servers are generally underutilized.
One other idea is to create VIP users where they have own small servers so that they wont be affected by others during peak hours.
