Paragon REIT have been privatized and it is understood that on/around
a) June 4 the investors will be paid 98 cents for each unit
b) June 6 the counter will be delisted
Can you let us know if we need to manually trigger the sell and close the position in June or it will be done for us automatically. Appreciate if you can advise me. Thanks.

We have two options.
I can create an event for users to accept it which will simply create a sell transaction for users.
User simply create a sell transaction for themselves.
I am inclined towards doing only one of them since sometimes users can be a bit blur and perform both actions. So, my recommendation is just for user to handle it themselves.
What I can do is post an article on 4 June about it to alert users with Paragon REIT about handling it themselves.
What do you think of my proposal?

I think Option 2 should serve us well. I don’t recall Paragon REIT mentioned of a clean-up dividend so we can trigger the sell transaction which is straightforward.
An article alert for users on June 4 would be beneficial.
