Yes, this is because Projected Dividends are not confirmed. They are generated using a very simple assumption → Dividends Projection - StocksCafe Blog

Whereas Announced dividends are officially announced (at least they are dividends given to me by my upstream data provider which meant that they should be announced/confirmed).
