Hi

In case of rights offering and advanced distributions I notice that in some cases the dividends and projections were adjusted to reflect this event.

There is currently one on Frasers Centrepoint reit but I still see the projection of a dividend in ex date May 2025 despite early distribution with ex date in April.

Should the dividend in ex date May therefore be removed?

Sure. Removed the projection.
