SBILL - Unable to add sbill transaction

Is the SBILL still working? When I type SBILL, there is no SBILL list that I can choose from the dropdown list.

Please ignore the issues raised. I have found out how to enter the SBILL from the link below. There will not be a dropdown list. User needs to enter the Issue Code with prefix SBILL.
