Select All feature

Hi Evan,

Great work on Stocks Cafe, this is one of the best portfolio trackers I’ve used so far, and I’ve used several!

I’ve been importing transactions via a csv file, but there is no option to check the cash transaction box when we do this. This results in all the cash transactions boxes being unchecked by default.

Could you perhaps include a “Select All” function so that all boxes can be checked easily, rather than the current option of checking them one by one?

Hmm… If I update the import feature to enable the checking of cash features, would that be better?
