It seems most penny stocks on BUY are too low. Some do not have SELL offer.
Take examples of Aspen & Oxley. Aspen unishare Bid price is 0.1 cts. Mother share Price is 2.1 cts. Oxley unishare Bid price is 0.1 cts. Mother share Price is 9.8 cts.
Retailers having these unishares have difficulty trying to round off. Yet, these are shares due to “in specie or in lieu of dividends” outcome.
These companies should help their shareholders to buy back these unishares? After all, Oxley have been conducting Share Buy Back frequently - from their mandate.
Would it not be possible to include in the mandate Share Buy Back of Unishares?
This would create a better impression of companies conducting “shares in lieu of dividends” exercises.
