Hi hi,
When I input a sell transaction for my SSB, why does it still remain in my current portfolio, even though the number of shares is now 0? I cannot find a FAQ on SSB redemption, and am concern if my input is incorrect. Thank you.

Hi there,
I did quick check on your account. The reason is because you buy from one portfolio and sell on another portfolio ![]()

Got it! Thank you so much. Part of the reason why I couldn’t figure it out was that unlike stocks where I can click into the stock and see my transactions history, when I click into the SSB, it only shows the dividend summary. Thank you.
Good point! I should add another tab to SSB!
