For SSB and Tbills , does it appear in our portfolio dividends for tracking?

For Tbills - They are issued at a discount to the face (par) value. The interest is paid at maturity and is the difference between the purchase price and the face value. It would be captured as capital gain instead of dividend in Stockscafe.

I meant does stockscafe auto generate the interest/dividends received like what is done for the stocks portfolio?

Cos’ I see in my dividends projection, the SSB doesnt show up

SSB Dividends are in Announced → Upcoming dividends for your portfolio - StocksCafe
It is because they are not projection, they are “announced” since it is confirmed as long as you hold them till then.
