For U.S stocks, the projected dividends and the the portfolio yield, are they based of the 30% withholding tax charged on dividends?

It depends on your settings. If you have set the 30% withholding tax under “Dividends Tax Rate” here (https://stocks.cafe/user/toupdateportfoliopreferences) then it will be shown after the tax rate
