XIRR computation in Report

Under https://stocks.cafe/portfolio/report, there is a table that compute yearly XIRR (including Dividends & Fees). I noticed that for 2022, it is showing NA. I check some of my individual portfolio instead of “ALL”. Some of them can be computed but some cannot be computed. From the debug, look like the last row is unable to compute the portfolio value for the XIRR to be calculated.
