Report → XIRR → 2025 is showing as “NA”. Thanks Evan!
Ha… I love how you made it so brief yet so clear what is the issue ![]()
I have just update the portfolio report for you that should fix it. Please verify. Thanks!
Fixed, you’re the man!
This is an issue that sometimes happens while updating the report.
So, updating the report would fix it which you also have access to do so hence do not have to wait for me ![]()
XIRR is showing negative which is wrong too.
This is similar issue. Something went wrong during the computation (likely due to some data is being updated at the same time - race condition in computing terms)
I just reran the report and it should be fine now.
yup. looks alright now. thanks Evan.
I also have this problem for my portfolio (shows NA). Notice it only happens to my portfolio of SHE:002714 stock.
I see. Yours seems to be a different issue. Let me check ah. Will update again. Thanks.
I think I know why. There are missing dividends for the stocks. I notice it happens for the stock ticker SHE:2714, SHE:333, she:2415 etc. Mostly China stocks. Not sure if it happens for the other stocks in other stocks exchange. Please check the errors from your stocks information supplier.
Same problem with mine… Xirr NA. How to self fix?
Thanks for reporting! I found the issue. It is basically due to upstream using “002714” vs “2714”. I have fixed it and made them consistent. Can you try again? Thanks.
Yes, you can re-run the portfolio report.
- Goto https://stocks.cafe/portfolio/report
- Click “Update Report Now”
Cheers,
Evan
Thanks a lot! Worked flawlessly, learnt something today.
Btw, I also fixed this. Also related to “002714” vs “2714” hence it “cannot” find which led to NA.
Yes, it fixed for the SHE:002714 stock.
Dividends are missing for the SHE:000333, SHE:002415, dividends show NA on my portfolio->overview page. However, I do see on portfolio->dividends page. Not sure could they be the same problem as SHE:002714 stock.
One thing is, I noticed these changes starting from the date about 2-3 Sep 2025.
Am seeing somewhat weird XIRR behavior.
Selecting any random two portfolios individually, the XIRR is normal/positive for both.
Selecting the same two at-once, shows the XIRR is negative.
Selecting “ALL” portfolios, shows the XIRR massively negative.
Have done the “Recompute portfolio”, “Clear Dividend Cache”; anything else I missed?
Hi there, as it is a new day. Can you try again?
Thanks!
ps: It was simply not updated. Usually it is cached for a day.
This is weird. I would need to investigate more then.

I have done a full portfolio report update for you. Can you try again?
(Usually, we do not do so as it is computationally intensive hence very slow so we cache many things along the way.) -
If still does not work, can you give me the the name of the two portfolios so that I can look into it more? Thanks!
Evan
